Accommodated several viewings later in the evening or on Saturday, which I really appreciated. Smith and Butler is a fantastic real estate agency. I bought my first home in Ireland through them. Coming from real estate business family I know the amount of hardwork that goes in the background aside showing the property for viewings and surveys. My estate agent Jamie Taylor went above and beyond ever since the first contact. In spite the hurdles which is common in property purchases and peak summer time, they made sure they addressed my queries timely. I was so impressed with their professionalism, respect, and quick turnaround time. Their after sales service is also spectacular. Couldn't refer them more really ; they're the best in the sector in North Dublin ☺️
