Great experience with Danny and team from Smith & Butler Estates. Professional approach, fast communication and responsiveness to all queries I had around the property before and after the purchase. Accommodated several viewings later in the evening or on Saturday, which I really appreciated. The process was long enough, with queries back and forth between the solicitors, but there was no added pressure from the estate agent. Danny and the team at Smith & Butler have closed the sale of a number of properties for us. I have to say that they are always very professional in all aspects of the transaction. If you have a problem or need a question answered, they will deal with it immediately, or seek further clarification and revert to you. The guys in the office are helpful and very experienced in the finer details regarding letting / legal requirements and obligations of landlords and tenants.
