As first-time buyers, from the very first viewing to key exchange, our experience with Danny and the team was excellent. Danny was always responsive, fast to reply, and genuinely reachable whenever we needed him. He was proactive in building and maintaining communication with the vendor’s side, which made a real difference throughout the process. Although we faced some delays due to third-party circumstances outside everyone’s control, Danny consistently worked to keep things moving and made the process as smooth as possible.
